About

Let's connect

Hi, I'm Sanmi!

A self-taught, internationally published and prize-winning photographer and videographer from Berlin, celebrated for cinematic storytelling and evocative imagery that transforms everyday moments into compelling visual narratives.

I picked up my first camera in March 2018 with a simple goal: capture moments, not just places. What began as curiosity evolved into a passion for visual storytelling—a way to archive reality and rediscover the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with industry-leading brands including Mercedes-AMG F1, Red Bull Racing, and Polarpro, while building a community of 55,000+ followers who share my appreciation for authentic, impactful imagery.

I'm intentionally genre-fluid in my approach. From high-octane motorsport action to serene Arctic landscapes, from automotive excellence to raw street photography - I thrive in diverse environments. This versatility isn't just about range; it's about mastering the craft itself, developing an eye that adapts and evolves regardless of subject or setting.

Continuous growth drives everything I do. I'm constantly refining my technical execution and post-processing workflows, because I believe that great photography is both art and discipline - a commitment to seeing better, shooting smarter, and creating work that resonates.

Whether you're a brand looking for premium content, a fellow creator seeking collaboration, or simply someone who appreciates visual storytelling, I'd love to connect.

Let's create something remarkable together.

  • Self-publication of my very own motorsport magazine Gasoline & Grain.

    🔻 CASUAL, NOT EDITORIAL • DESCRIPTIVE & EVOCATIVE • MINIMALIST & IMPACTFUL 🔻

„Trying to fit in while remaining true to yourself can be quite a challenge.“ - my motivation is very much founded in this experience. We‘re seeing stellar artists in the creative scene who‘re living their experimental mindset, trying out new things, redefining the ordinary - or short: do art. And yet, for so many of us who dare to deviate from the norm, it sometimes can seem impossible to be published - and I want to change that! ❤️
