RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASED PRINTS

(1) You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

(2) The print orders customers place on the site www.capital-shutter.com are forwarded to our print-on-demand partner WhiteWall Media GmbH, Europaallee 59, 50226 Frechen, Germany.

(3) Thus, the same conditions to handle returns is valid for the print shop of Capital Shutter Photography - Sanmi Krueger. The return policy can at any time be seen below or at https://www.whitewall.com/eu/terms-and-conditions under the point ‘Customer Satisfaction & Return policy’ which becomes fully valid for print purchases made on www.capital-shutter.com.

Customer Satisfaction & Return policy (WhiteWall)

In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@whitewall.com with:

  • Your name

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Your order number

  • Some pictures of the issue

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange or refund your order for customer created errors such as color differences between your computer and our professionally calibrated printing systems, typos and misspellings, poor image quality or low resolution, layout errors and missing images, blank pages or mistakes in product design, content quality, product selection mistakes (i.e. product size, style or cover choices).

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; issue store credit for items not including shipping; take no action; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage if the goods delivered are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40, or in case of a higher price, if you have only provided partial payment agreed under the terms of the contract. Return mail is otherwise free of charge. Goods that cannot be returned as packages will be picked up from your address.

Procedure if replacement is unavailable

In the unlikely event that the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable we will contact you immediately and, if possible, give an approximate delivery date or suggest alternate product options.

(3) Thus, the same conditions to handle returns is valid for the print shop of Capital Shutter Photography - Sanmi Krueger. The return policy can at any time be seen below or at https://www.saal-digital.com/about-saal-digital/terms-conditions/ under the point ‘7. Cancellation and return policy’ which becomes fully valid for photo book purchases made on www.capital-shutter.com.

7. Cancellation and return policy
The cancellation policy does not exist for distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are made according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

8. Liability
Saal-Digital is liable for damages in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the absence of warranted characteristics and the customer’s claims under the Product Liability Act. Furthermore, Saal-Digital shall only be liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Saal-Digital and its vicarious agents. Saal-Digital is not liable for indirect, consequential or atypical damages of any kind. This also applies to the compensation of lost profit, lost possibility of use or intangible values.

9. Complaints/dispute resolution
We prefer to clarify your concerns directly with you and therefore do not participate in consumer arbitration procedures. RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASED PRESETS & DIGITAL ZINE'S

(1) The ADOBE LIGHTROOM® PRESETS & DIGITAL ZINE'S which you can consume through our shop on www.capital-shutter.com/get-presets and then on SendOwl for the actual act of purchase are downloadable software products.

(2) The right of withdrawal expires for "digital content" such as our offered ADOBE LIGHTROOM® PRESETS & DIGITAL ZINE'S in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB. "Digital content" is "data that is produced and made available in digital form" (§ 312f Abs. 3 BGB). It is irrelevant whether this data is completely downloaded, saved and then made visible or made visible in real time during the download (streaming).
